Before the first banners of the Red Dragon rise on the horizon, this story begins deep within the forests of Kelvor.

Here, Logan, Asmodai and Imdaros have grown up together – three young men who call one another brothers, though only two of them share the blood of the Prince.

For Asmodai, the future ruler of Kelvor, the path ahead seems long since decided. Imdaros must earn his place as a warrior. Logan, however – an orphan taken into the princely family – feels more at home beneath the ancient trees of the Grünwald than within the lavish halls of the castle. Yet during what begins as an ordinary hunt, he encounters something that defies everything he believed he knew about magic.

At the same time, signs of a growing threat multiply along the borders. What once seemed like isolated raids suddenly begins to follow a disturbing pattern. Orcs, goblins, dark elves and ogres – peoples who have been locked in feuds for centuries – are gathering beneath a single banner: the Red Dragon.

Their search is for ancient magical crystals whose power reaches far beyond anything kings, princes, or even the mightiest mages can comprehend.

While political alliances are forged at the court of Kelvor and personal desires collide with duty to one’s people, the young companions must come to understand that the world they thought they knew holds far more secrets than they ever imagined.

Their paths lead them to ancient cultures, powerful orders, and stories long forgotten. Yet with every new discovery, the danger grows. Friendships are tested, trust becomes a precious currency, and even the strongest bonds must endure beneath the shadow of an approaching war.

For in a world where magic and steel decide between life and death, courage alone is not always enough.
